Es una continuación natural de la misión de John para poner de relieve el suicidio y la conciencia de la salud mental dentro de la comunidad de skate, iniciado en 2021 con su documental This Too Shall Pass :
En esta película, John habla de sus propios problemas de salud mental y de sus pensamientos suicidas. John explica cómo utiliza la meditación, la respiración y el monopatín para combatir la depresión.
John también ha producido un folleto que incluye información sobre salud mental, consejos de autocuidado, técnicas de respiración y otras herramientas que pueden ser útiles para cualquier persona que sufra depresión. It's the natural continuity of John’s mission to shine a light on suicide and mental health awareness within the skate community, started in 2021 with his documentary This Too Shall Pass.
In it, John opens up about his own mental health struggles and experiencing suicidal thoughts. John talks about how he uses meditation, breathing, and skateboarding to help deal with depression.
